Radiesse Pan-Facial / Neck

Two important components in how the skin changes over time are collagen and elastin, because they help keep facial lines and wrinkles at bay. Collagen and elastin both contribute to the skin’s strength and elasticity. Unfortunately, aging and environmental factors (think sun damage) make it harder for your body to produce these components.

Upon injection, the Radiesse CaHA gel matrix integrates into your skin and creates a “scaffold” that stimulates production of collagen and elastin. As the gel carrier breaks down, a firm network of collagen fibers forms. Formed collagen and elastin then replaces the correction provided by the gel carrier, smoothing lines and promoting renewed skin structure

Radiesse in the face is not used to add volume, contour and definition like Hyaluronic Filler.

The bio-stimulatory skin protocol that is called the "pan- facial" to improve the appearance of skin dramatically. Results are shown best at 6 months.

Although treatment effects will differ for each person, in a clinical study of 117 patients 78.6% of the patients (about 91 of the 117 patients) showed improvement in their facial wrinkles and folds 6 months after treatment with RADIESSE.

A second treatment may be required at 6-12 months to build on these results.

Radiesse Hands

As we grow older, the hands can lose volume and firmness due to fat depletion, skin thinning, and tissues losing elasticity. This sometimes-premature progression can cause bones, tendons, joints, and veins in the hands to become more prominent, which can give the hands an aged or frail appearance. RADIESSE® is FDA-approved specifically to correct volume loss in the hands by filling hollowed areas, smoothing the skin’s surface, and stimulating tissue rejuvenation.

Radiesse® (+) Lidocaine injectable implant is indicated for plastic / reconstructive procedures in adults, including deep dermal and subdermal soft tissue augmentation  of the facial area and is also intended for restoration and correction of fat or volume loss (lipoatrophy) in the facial area and for rejuvenation of the hands.
