  • Follow-up Appointment: For first-time clients or anyone with concerns, please schedule a follow-up review two weeks after your treatment. This ensures we can address any adjustments or further treatment if necessary. 
  • Temporary Redness: It’s normal for the treatment site to appear pink or red immediately after. This should subside within 15-20 minutes. 
  • Post-Treatment Care: Avoid lying down, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for at least 2 hours after the procedure. 
  • Bruising: Bruising may occur. You can apply Hirudoid cream (available at most pharmacies) to help reduce the duration of any bruising. 
  • Avoid Alcohol & Exercise: Refrain from consuming alcohol or engaging in strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment. 
  • Makeup: If you wish to wear makeup, we recommend using mineral makeup only after the treatment. 
  • Recommend review with your nurse after 2 weeks

Indications: In adults, for the treatment of cervical dystonia; blepharospasm; spasticity of the upper limb; upper facial lines: glabellar frown lines, lateral periorbital lines (crow’s feet), horizontal forehead lines. Before Your Treatment 

  • Plan Your Schedule: Xeomin® treatments typically allow you to resume your daily activities right after. However, if it's your first time, why not schedule your appointment for a day when you can head home afterward and pamper yourself? 
  • Inject in Advance: If you have a big event coming up, schedule your appointment at least two weeks beforehand to allow the full effects of your treatment to take place. 
  • Exercise Before Treatment: Since we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment, be sure to get your workout in before your appointment.
